Our Book

We’re very excited to announce that we will be publishing our first book, You, Me & The Space Between Us which is coming out on 2nd February.

Every relationship goes through periods of rupture. We show why it happens and how it is possible to turn a period of struggle into something positive.

It’s full of advice and stories including our own. We offer practical exercises which we hope will help you build a relationship that can thrive.

You, Me and the Space Between Us

We help couples find satisfaction and fulfilment in their relationships

We are a husband and wife team who have collaborated since 2014 combining therapy and embodiment. We produce workshops and consult with couples in private sessions helping them to reach their potential in their relationship. Our inspiration for our work is our belief that we express ourselves through the body, by movement, gestures, and spatial dynamics. We see the value in bringing traditional couple therapy into movement and movement into couple therapy. Our work together is a way we can bring our expertise from each of our different training modalities alongside the real and raw nitty gritty of intimate relationships.
